All American Bail Bonds in Santa Clarita and other bail bonding businesses often deal with two types of penal codes.
One of these penal codes is California Penal Code 1303, which states, “If an action or proceedings against a defendant who has been admitted to bail is dismissed, the bail shall not be exonerated until a period of 15 days has elapsed since the entry of the order of dismissal,” according to a California Bail Education textbook.
